A lot of people ask why I didn't just do a 2J swap, or go straight to a big single. I wanted to do something unique. Everyone with an MK3 gets a 2J and goes big single, or sticks big single 7M. So I went the less traveled route and did a 1JZ with upgraded 2J "Big Twins" as I call them. Their names are Lucy and Dorothy in case anyone was wondering ha ha.

CUSTOM MR2 EDITION STEERING WHEEL ONE OF A KIND =D
-the previous owner (a 17yr old kid) after getting the car fixed from the wreck decided he wanted a Sparco steering wheel. The dads story goes that he detached the steering wheel, but didn't unplug the airbag, and somewhere in the process shorted it out and the air bag blew, breaking his sons jaw. I couldn't tell because the the kid was uglier than an onion anyways to be honest, but honestly I believe it was from the wreck, so I stole the airbag from a MR2. Thankfully there is no frame damage other than the drivers side headlight sits about 1/8" up from flush when closed which is fixable when I get the time.
