so in the near future im buying a Honda Civic 94-00 and lookin for what i need to do.

Hey ok so I told you I would post this. I will list a setup here that will cost you roughly 8K after it is tuned and finished.

Buy a integra ls might cost you 3000$
Parts needed.

Turbo manifold www.go-autoworks.com buy the mini ram
go to full-race.com and get a .57 trim turbo
I would search forums for a used Tial 38mm Wastegate
I would also get a downpipe from go-autoworks or I could make you one for about the same price
Intercooler piping from ssautochrome.com gonna be cheap lol
I will make you and intercooler so come to me for that I can make it cheaper.
Whatever type blow off valve you want just buy off of a forums
I would suggest using a S100 or 200
Also use 650cc injectors
also larger rubber fuel lines you don't need any braided ones
Any fuel rail you want
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
3" exhaust I would get one custom made depending on the car you get I could make you one.
BC cams help the revs on the spooling end of things
Manual boost controller just a cheap one
IDK probly forgeting things but thats pretty much it for now

Oh and I forgot all the gauges but if your like me all ya need is a oil pressure gauge and a boost gauge
